An existing black car service client wanted to improve the in-ride experience of their on-demand booking apps. Specifically, they wanted to add features such as touch id, scheduling rides, push notifications, trip modification among others. I was asked to create wireframes and mocks for a sample use case.

- Challenge #1: Designing a contextual and personalized in-ride for a frequent black car service user involved creative research techniques such as finding and interviewing business consultants who travel frequently
- Challenge #2: Redesign style & UI guideline across both their apps to provide a visually consistent experience
