In-ride Travel Experience

Exploring in-ride product features for on-demand black car service

An existing black car service client wanted to improve the in-ride experience of their on-demand booking apps. Specifically, they wanted to add features such as touch id, scheduling rides, push notifications, trip modification among others. I was asked to create wireframes and mocks for a sample use case. 

Project Learnings & Challenges-

  • Challenge #1: Designing a contextual and personalized in-ride for a frequent black car service user involved creative research techniques such as finding and interviewing business consultants who travel frequently
  • Challenge #2: Redesign style & UI guideline across both their apps to provide a visually consistent experience
